Evidence and field reports got a public surface.

The site now separates official evidence, community reports, and exploratory Discussions so claims stay bounded.

Active recall and route discipline kept advancing in the main repo.

Recent work in the main repository has focused on recall routes, evidence boundaries, code scanning cleanup, and question-aware recall behavior.
